Functional Strength

Focus on building strength that mimics real-world movements. Incorporate exercises like pull-ups, rope climbs, and uneven bar hangs to strengthen muscles used in Ninja Warrior obstacles.
Grip
Strength

Develop a strong and enduring grip through exercises like dead hangs, farmer’s carries, and climbing drills. A firm grip is critical for handling obstacles like swinging ropes and monkey bars.
Explosive
Power

Train explosive movements such as box jumps, plyometric push-ups, and burpees to improve power for obstacles requiring dynamic leaps or sudden bursts of energy.
Balance and Coordination
