We have a variety of class and gym membership options and work with individuals on a case-by-case basis to ensure everyone has access to the tools they need to grow!

Functional Strength

Focus on building strength that mimics real-world movements. Incorporate exercises like pull-ups, rope climbs, and uneven bar hangs to strengthen muscles used in Ninja Warrior obstacles.

Grip
Strength

Develop a strong and enduring grip through exercises like dead hangs, farmer’s carries, and climbing drills. A firm grip is critical for handling obstacles like swinging ropes and monkey bars.

Explosive
Power

Train explosive movements such as box jumps, plyometric push-ups, and burpees to improve power for obstacles requiring dynamic leaps or sudden bursts of energy.

Balance and Coordination

Enhance stability with balance beams, slacklines, or single-leg exercises. Coordination drills, like agility ladders, improve footwork and obstacle precision.
